Sri Lanka's first-ever workshop on 'Futures Thinking and Transformational Leadership', conducted by our prominent resource person Mrs. Christina Monroe, a Senior Leadership Specialist at East West Centre (USA), successfully held on 4th April 2025 at KDU Metropolitan Campus, Colombo 01. It was an exceptional futuristic trail for our esteemed participants from academic, banking, finance and corporates sectors. The Chairman of Bank of Ceylon, Mr. Kavinda de Zoysa graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and delivered the keynote speech on "Sri Lanka's Futures Transformation".

Foresigt Envoy Founder & Managing Director Ms. Elisha Fernando participated at the Dubai Future Forum (DFF) 2024 held at the iconic Dubai Museum of the Future from 19-20 November 2024. Dubai Future Forum is the world's largest gathering of futurists and it was an honour to Foresight Envoy to represent Sri Lanka at the Forum.

Foresigt Envoy Founder & Managing Director Ms. Elisha Fernando was invited to Chair the session themed "Governance, Compliance and Legal Enforcements" at the 7th International Conference on Business Innovation (ICOBI) 2024 by NSBM Green University held on 8th November 2024.
Ms. Elisha Fernando co-chaired the session with Prof. Shanthi Segarajasingham (HOD, Department of Law, NSBM Green University) where three interesting Research Papers were presented as follows;
1) Governance and Compliance of Autonomous Systems and Robotics: Ethical and Legal Frameworks for the Future by C.S. Ranasinghe.
2) Role of Monitoring & Evaluation (M& E) Approach in Good Governance practices in Local Government Sector of Sri Lanka by N. Gamage, L. Karunarathne and A. Indumini
3) Comparative Conceptualization of Gender Equity Frameworks in Multinational Enterprises: A focus on Unilever Sri Lanka and UK by V.S. Batagoda, P. SIlva, S.A. Wanniachchy and E. Dissanayake.

Foresigt Envoy Founder Ms. Elisha Fernando was invited to Chair the session themed "Contemporary Diplomacy and Geopolitics" at the Student Research Forum (SRF) 2024 at General Sir John Kotelawala Defence Univeristy held on 2nd October 2024.
Four interesting Research Papers were presented as follows;

Foresight Envoy Founder Ms. Elisha Fernando represented Sri Lanka at the 10th Asia Pacific Futures Network (APFN) Conference held at Sasisn School of Management in Bangkok, Thailand from 3-4 September 2024. It was a remarkable event with the gathering of nearly 200 futurists around the globe. This year conference held under the theme of 'Authentic Futures: Crafting conscious pathways for the Asia Pacific'.

A Guest Lecture on 'Business Leadership' was conducted for Batch 24.1 of Faculty of Management, NSBM Green University by our Managing Director/ Leadership Coach Ms. Elisha Fernando on 1st July 2024. She delivered an inspiring session on developing resilience and the key attributes needed to tackle business challenges as future professional leaders. Her cheerful demeanor and strong personal and professional relationships made her session engaging and impactful.

We would like to proudly present our Foresight Envoy events and achievements. Our Managing Director Ms. Elisha Fernando commenced Leadership Training at General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, International Relations final year undergraduates on 19th October 2022 by remarking her career as a Leadership Coach. Since then, she was invited to moderate several local and foreign institutional discussions on Futures and Leadership held online and on-site. Moreover, aligning with the core founding pillars of Futures Studies and Leadership, Foresight Envoy also serves as a think tank with research publications.

It is with pleasure to announce that Foresight Envoy's online programs are conducted in our very own virtual cafe 'Cafe Envoy.' The first event of Cafe Envoy held on 6th December 2023 under the theme of 'Wold Cafe' by educating several local and international participants on 'Meaningful Human Control and Strategic Foresight of Killer Robots'
